1. Who We Are

Pure Leasing Group is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us directly. When you submit an inquiry, request a tour, share a listing, or otherwise contact us through the Site, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The apartment, unit, or building you are interested in
• Any message, preferences, or details you choose to provide (for example, desired move-in date or number of bedrooms)

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as your device and browser type, IP address, the pages and listings you view, the links you click (including tour requests and application clicks), and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose. See Section 7 (Cookies and Tracking).

Tour scheduling. If you book a tour, scheduling is handled through our third-party scheduling provider [Calendly]. Information you enter to book a tour (such as your name, email, and selected time) is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy, and is shared with us to coordinate your tour.

Rental applications. If you choose to apply for an apartment, you will be directed to a separate third-party application platform [OnSite / on-site.com]. Any information you submit there is collected and processed by that platform under its own terms and privacy policy, not this Site.

We do not knowingly collect: payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial-account information through this Site. (Such information, if required for a rental application or background check, is collected by the separate application platform referenced above, not by this Site.)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and follow up with you about apartments and tours;
• Schedule and confirm in-person or virtual tours;
• Provide you with listing information, availability updates, and details about apartments that may fit your stated preferences;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
• Understand which listings and features are of interest, on an aggregated basis, to improve our service and measure the performance of our leasing efforts;
• Comply with applicable laws, including real estate, fair housing, and recordkeeping requirements; and
• Protect the rights, safety, and property of Pure Leasing Group, our clients, and Site visitors.

We do not use automated decision-making to deny housing. All leasing decisions involve human review and are made in compliance with applicable fair housing laws. See Section 11 (Fair Housing).

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it to third parties for their own marketing.

• Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site and our leasing process — for example, our website/hosting platform [Base44], our video host [Vimeo], our tour-scheduling provider [Calendly], our application platform [OnSite], email and analytics providers, and communications tools we use to respond to you. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us.
• Property owners and our clients. As a leasing broker, we may share your inquiry and tour information with the owner or management of the building you are interested in, to coordinate showings and leasing.
• Legal and protective. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property, or to comply with our regulatory obligations as a licensed broker.
• Business transfers. If Pure Leasing Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

5. Text Messages and Email Communications

Text messages (SMS). If you provide your mobile number and contact us or request a tour, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry, including listing information, tour coordination, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts may limit our ability to respond by that channel.

Email. We may send you emails related to your inquiry and, where permitted, occasional communications about availability that may interest you. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly, consistent with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional messages directly responding to your inquiry are not marketing emails.

6. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, consistent with our obligations under the New York SHIELD Act and other applicable law. Access to personal information is limited to personnel and service providers who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach of private information affecting New York residents, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function; others help us measure traffic and interactions on an aggregated basis [for example, through Google Analytics or a similar provider].

You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

• Access or update the information you have given us by contacting us at the email or phone above;
• Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP); and
• Request deletion of information we hold about you, subject to our legal and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed broker.

New York residents.

California residents. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us using the information above.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking housing and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Sites and Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, the scheduling and application platforms, or a listing platform such as StreetEasy or Zillow). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Fair Housing

Pure Leasing Group is committed to fair housing and complies with the federal Fair Housing Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law. We do not collect or use personal information to discriminate against any person on the basis of any protected characteristic. 12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
